At Youthsava, Photography was always our passion & dream job. It’s even difficult for us to call it a job, as we consider our profession as a hobby of our life. Meeting new people, catching their mood, being part of the happiest moment of their life — isn’t it a dream?
Before every photoshoot we usually receive a lot of questions from our clients & couples. So we decided to gather all the tips we found useful & we hope this information will help you & make our photoshoot more calm & comfortable.
Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever.
Month Before Wedding
We’ll have a meeting to discuss all the details about your wedding, you dreams & wishes. We’ll send you out a brief questionnaire about wedding venue, guests & schedule. All this information is very helpful for us & everything will go smoothly on day X.
Timing
We will confirm everything we discussed month ago, We need to make sure that there are no significant changes. We will confirm time & place where we will meet on the wedding day.
The Wedding Day
This day has come & your only task is to enjoy it fully, no worries, you’ll get awesome pictures afterwards. Our team will follow you during the day & make sure all moments are captured. The only suggestion here is not to worry & not to pay attention to our team, just enjoy your day.
Image Delivery
After the wedding day, we will work on delivering the photographs. Approximately in 1 week we will send a link to a proofing gallery, you’ll be able to select pictures for printing & download all images taken on your wedding day. We can also create a beautiful & unique Photobook.

Choosing Location
Decision on the location depends on the season, number of guests & your preferences. There are a lot of beautiful venues. We are always happy to share photos taken in different venues we worked at.
If it Rains
This situation can be handled in different ways & rain will not ruin your wedding day & you’ll definitely have great pictures from this special day. In case of the open air ceremony you should arrange umbrellas for your guests. In case of the open air dinner, make sure to have a tent.
Getting Ready
You can get ready in your place or rent a hotel room or airbnb. For us as a photographers, it is important that location is bright & spacious. So we recommend to choose apartment instead of a hotel room. But again, we will discuss all this details during our meetings before your wedding day.
Additional Tips & Ideas
If you’ll decide to have a color palette for a dress code, it will be awesome for us. As such weddings usually look much better on pictures. Also you can consider of having a phone free weddings. All videos and pictures will be taken by our team, don’t worry and enjoy every moment of the day.

Photo Book
We will be more than happy to help you choosing pictures for your photobook. We will design it & print as many copies as you need. It’s a great way to say ‘Thank You’ to your Parents by presenting them such book from your wedding day.
